Warranty Policy

Our bags are covered by a lifetime warranty against defective workmanship and/or materials – for the lifetime of the bag.

The warranty does not cover regular wear-and-tear, but we do offer a repair and refurbishment service if you’d like to give your well-used bag a spruce up, or if there’s an accident and you’d like us to make a professional repair with original materials/components. If after getting it home, you decide that a bag is not for you, no worries - you can return it easily, no questions asked, no hassle.

30 day return period, return-shipping paid. We prefer returns via parcel lockers or drop-off points. Contact us HERE if you'd like to send something back and we'll contact you with a returns form.
