Free EU Returns

Try a bag at home, feel the materials, see how it fits. If after receiving it, you decide that the bag is not for you, no worries - you can return it easily, no questions asked, no hassle.

30 day return period, return-shipping paid. We prefer returns via parcel lockers or drop-off points. Contact us HERE if you'd like to send something back and we'll contact you with a returns form.

NOTE: Non-EU customers are responsible for return shipping, and administration of any local taxes/duty. Product refunds will be made in EUR.

Shipping

By default, we ship with our fulfillment partner FLEX Logistics. However we also offer shipping with DPD as an alternative, if you prefer. (DPD is PostNord in the Nordics.)

>>Within the EU, shipping by either FLEX or DPD is fixed at 8 EUR.<<

>>Anywhere outside of the EU, shipping (by either FLEX or DPD), is fixed at 20 EUR.<<

In many European countries, DPD also offer delivery to parcel lockers and pick-up points, in addition to courier delivery to your door. Check out local DPD/PostNord options HERE.

NOTE: Customers from outside of the EU should be aware that you may be charged for import duty and sales taxes in your country. Although your shipping rate is fixed at 20 EUR, this does not cover tax or duty.
